Remember back in the days, when Snoop Dogg first burst into the hip hop scene with west coast Cali flavoured beats?
Well now considered a hip hop legend, the next step for Calvin Broadus Jr. aka Snoop Dogg is in his continuous evolving musical persona.
While collaborating on a new album in Jamaica, Snoop Dogg was so greatly influenced by Rastafarian culture, he took it upon himself to absorb Jamaican culture and partake in all Rastafarian activities.
His journey on the tropical island has resulted not only into a reincarnated self, but into a full-fledged personal documentary on the man now called Snoop Lion.
The documentary dubbed “Reincarnated” is set to make its official début at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival in September. Look out for it folks!
