Ruling the weather was once a story only told in Hollywood and Sci-Fi novels – today, we discover reality is sometimes as flipped out as fiction.
As part of a secret operations project started on July 2010 in the Middle East, scientists of the United Arab Emirates have successfully created rain — all proven with trial runs in the Abu Dhabi desert.
Scientists have allegedly been using large ionizers that look like lampshades to generate the fields of negative charged particles; magically creating clouds; leading to rain.
Despite the amazing feat, if weather control finds its way into the wrong hands; cloudy skies and fake rain may be the least of our worries.
